You must also clearly mark this on the delivery paperwork or electronic device and take photos of the damaged items. Then send the details to info@kahrs.com , and we’ll advise you on next steps. Please report damage to the email above within 24 hours of receipt. Hidden damage (not visible at the time of delivery) can be reported up to 7 days after delivery.
