Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, as some items are not eligible for return. We only accept returns of cartons that are unopened and as in new saleable condition. Any returns that are accepted are subject to full freight and a 25% re-stocking fee.
How do I start the return process?
Please email info@kahrs.com and provide details of what you'd like to return, reason for return, PO/invoice number the goods relate to, and submit images of the goods to be returned. We can then confirm costs and next steps.
